WHAT IS XO MENTORING?
XO Mentoring is an 9 Hour Training Program to equip Volunteers, Social Workers, Halfway House Staff to work with Inmates & Releasees
in their journey of re-integration!

Principal Trainer & Curriculum Developer
Glenn Lim ( M.Soc.Sc, M.Ed, Dip Ed Psych, DACE) is a master curriculum specialist, instructional designer, and training auditor for government educational programmes.
He is the Founder-Chairman of social impact agency AOL (Architects Of Life), which equips X-Offenders to become societal assets. He also helps lead the XOFG (X-Offenders For Good) community.
Glenn advises, chairs, and serves on various national initiatives, and has consulted and worked with government and community agencies since 2005.
His psychological background and credentials in the field of behavioural sciences, coupled with his personal journey of restoration, makes him an authority on the subject of human transformation and development.
